Qantas Australia Download Qantas Apprentice Information Sheet

If you are over 15 and have successfully passed Year 10 mathematics, science and English, you can train to become a qualified tradesperson with Qantas Engineering.

You could select from a range of apprenticeship trades which include aircraft maintenance engineer, aircraft painter and aircraft trimmer. You can become a qualified repair and maintenance engineer, or work on the exterior paint or even repair the interior seating.

These training positions are normally based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and are for a period of four years. The successful completion of the apprenticeship can turn into a permanent position within the Qantas Group. For more details download the apprentice information sheet.
